New items (excluding brake valve rebuild kits, for which sales are final) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges) as long as the item remains complete, undamaged, and unused. You must contact us to receive approval prior to returning an item. We'll send you an RMA number to confirm approval of your return request. Refunds will be made using PayPal for purchase payments made using PayPal and by company check for items purchased with a check or money order. Credit card payments will be refunded by issuing a credit to your account.
