Muscle Car Research is proud to offer this set of rubber rear spoiler support gaskets for 1969 Ford Mustangs. Originally sold by Ford as part of the 1969 C9ZZ-634410-A rear spoiler kit, these gaskets are installed between the deck lid and the rear spoiler support pedestals. Each set includes two gaskets - enough for one car.
We reverse-engineered an original set of gaskets to produce the most accurate reproduction available. The gaskets are die-cut from a 60 durometer black EPDM rubber sheet that matches the original material used by Ford.
Note that this is not the same gasket that was introduced for use during the 1970 model year! The gaskets commonly sold for use on 1969 and 1970 Mustangs are a reproduction of the 1970 D0ZB-6344228/9-B gaskets. They'll fit, but they're not concours-correct for a 1969 Mustang. Just like this part, the original 1969 gasket was die-cut from a sheet of flat rubber.
